maternity photography | babybauchfotografie: dana
I’m so late in blogging this, since this baby has since been born and I even have photos to share from her first photoshoot. Still, better late than never, right?
On a lovely August evening we found a gorgeous location in a nearby park to take Dana’s maternity photos.
Dana was a great sport and we walked around the location finding one lovely spot after the next, talking about the baby girl she was expecting. Doesn’t she look stunning?
This gritty close-up shot of her belly is one of my favorite shots from the whole session, for me it really captures the magic of pregnancy!
Beautiful! You really capture the whole essence of pregnancy. I have another friend who is pregnant and she is in a difficult family situation and some of them aren’t supportive of her pregnancy or her period, but thank God she has her boyfriend and his mother. But anyways, for her baby shower gift, I thought I would do some maternity photos of her maybe up at our local State Park with the leaves changing because it is so beautiful up there and I thought with the trees and the leaves and all it would make a beautiful backdrop. I just got this really awesome Kodak camera and a tripod. And I thought it would be a nice gesture and she would really appreciate it. I don’t think anyone else will do if for her anyways so I thought I would do it. This post was an inspiration as well. Thanks and have a great weekend, Kristina.
Thank you and I think your idea for your friend sounds lovely! The changing leaves at the moment are definitely a wonderful backdrop for photoshoots. Have fun with it :))
